After 22 iterations uniting global botanicals with the powerful makrut (kaffir lime) Twelfth Hour Dry Gin has a clean, crisp aroma on the nose. An initial hit of makrut on the tongue leads into a long dry finish that sees the revitalizing taste linger on the palate. A punchy gin perfect for summer, though crafted to be enjoyed all year round. Team it up with your favourite tonic then immerse a bruised Kaffir lime leaf to enhance the lead botanical or garnish with a ribbon of cucumber for a refreshing twist.

Verano Lemon is a handcrafted, premium gin inspired by sunny Spain and infused with its fresh colourful local fruits. We infuse our small batch gin with Spanish lemons and then add extract of lemon peel to create a deliciously zesty fruit flavoured gin.

Predominantly aged in ex-Bourbon, this whisky has been finished for 2 years in an ex-Mudbrick French Oak Chardonnay barrel. Presented at 46%, the Chardonnay character on the nose of melting butter and oak blends with sherbet lemons and honey. On the palate, more umami flavours with sweet miso, lemon and butter. A deliciously smooth, oily mouthfeel and a long finish of toasted hazelnuts, bready malt and Waiheke Whisky's trademark salinity.

The entry is smooth and slightly creamy, with a surprising depth of flavour. Sweet malt and caramelised sugar dance on the tongue, complemented by a touch of orchard fruits - ripe apples and pears. The peat influence emerges gently, adding layers of earthy smoke that intertwine seamlessly with notes of oak and a hint of coastal brininess. Medium-long and satisfying, with the hint of peat smoke lingering alongside a final flourish of dried fruit and a whisper of dark chocolate.

This delicious American style whisky is made from 51% corn, 21% Rye and 28% Barley. Matured in Waiheke Whisky's oceanside barrel house, it has a grassy, spicy tone with a distinct Rye note that balances the sweetness of the honey. Look for notes of toasted oak, spices and vanilla wrapped in the phenolic sweetness of Manuka honey. With new make crafted from Cryer NZ Ale Malt, this whisky has been aged for five years, with the majority of the ageing process taking place in STR French oak barrels, followed by a finish in ex-Bourbon barrels. On the nose, The Sweetwater presents a sweet bouquet of honey, orange, and vanilla. The palate begins with notes of candied orange, apricot, and honey comb, leading to a dry, peppery finish with hints of lemon and pips.
