Spey River Bourbon Cask Finish has been matured in traditional American oak casks until it has achieved the perfect balance of flavours, only then the whisky is then transferred into first fill Bourbon casks to allow the secondary maturation which adds to its complex character and refined depth of flavour. On the nose rich malty aroma with hints of breakfast cereal and cooked fruits. On the palate crisp, fresh flavour with malty sweetness and delicate oak notes. Tamnavulin Double Cask is the perfect introduction to their signature Speyside single malt whiskies: sweet, smooth and fruity, with notes of orchard fruits, creamy toffee and Crème Brûlée. Like all Tamnavulin, this whisky starts life in American ex-bourbon casks, adding smoothness to their sweet, fruity spirit. Then, when the time is right, the whisky is finished in seasoned sherry casks. Amber gold in the glass, where rich, warm aromas of apple, toffee and honey with sweet marzipan and subtle tangy marmalade notes meet the nose. On the palate fresh, mellow with pear creamy peaches and pineapple and a hint of Demerara sugar.

Tamnavulin Sherry Cask Edition is a rich and indulgent single malt that showcases the distillery's signature smoothness with an added layer of depth. Initially matured in American oak ex-bourbon casks to develop a soft, mellow character, it is then finished in hand-selected sherry casks from esteemed cooperages in southern Spain. The result is a whisky with a warm amber gold hue and a rich flavour profile. On the nose, expect notes of vanilla, caramel, banana, and a touch of sweet milk chocolate with fresh ginger. The palate unfolds in layers of maple syrup, raisin, and orange, rounded out with hints of apricot and melon.
