Tamnavulin Double Cask is the perfect introduction to their signature Speyside single malt whiskies: sweet, smooth and fruity, with notes of orchard fruits, creamy toffee and Crème Brûlée. Like all Tamnavulin, this whisky starts life in American ex-bourbon casks, adding smoothness to their sweet, fruity spirit. Then, when the time is right, the whisky is finished in seasoned sherry casks. Amber gold in the glass, where rich, warm aromas of apple, toffee and honey with sweet marzipan and subtle tangy marmalade notes meet the nose. On the palate fresh, mellow with pear creamy peaches and pineapple and a hint of Demerara sugar.

Tamnavulin Sherry Cask Edition is a rich and indulgent single malt that showcases the distillery's signature smoothness with an added layer of depth. Initially matured in American oak ex-bourbon casks to develop a soft, mellow character, it is then finished in hand-selected sherry casks from esteemed cooperages in southern Spain. The result is a whisky with a warm amber gold hue and a rich flavour profile. On the nose, expect notes of vanilla, caramel, banana, and a touch of sweet milk chocolate with fresh ginger. The palate unfolds in layers of maple syrup, raisin, and orange, rounded out with hints of apricot and melon.

Teacher's Highland Cream blended Scotch combines both grain and malt whisky. The rich malt content, sourced from the Ardmore Distillery, gives Teacher's its smoky spine and signature smooth, creamy taste.

Teeling Single Grain Irish Whiskey takes an unconventional approach, crafted from a mash bill of 95% corn and 5% malted barley before being column distilled and matured exclusively in American red wine casks. This unique maturation imparts vibrant notes of red berries, gentle spice, and subtle sweetness, while the wine casks add a refined tannic edge and a clean, dry finish. Teeling Small Batch Irish Whiskey is a distinctive blend of hand-selected grain and malt whiskeys, initially matured in ex-bourbon barrels before spending up to 12 months in Central American rum casks. This unique finishing process brings layers of dried fruit, rum raisin, vanilla, and warm allspice to its naturally rich character. Non chill filtered it delivers a smooth, creamy palate balanced by apricot, gentle spice, and lingering oak for a long, warming finish.

This is the perfect start to the maturation journey as it develops their house style of chocolate, orange and spice. This Dalmore is then fully finished in casks having held a very unique sherry, created especially for The Dalmore - a blend of classic & aged oloroso and rich & sweet Pedro Ximénez, formulated to provide the perfect enhancement to their house style. The result is a stunning and elegant Dalmore single malt, bursting with sweet fruit and decadent spice.

The Dalmore 15 year old was first launched in 2007. Matured in Matusalem, Apostoles and Amoroso Sherry casks, it proffers all those winter spice, orange zest and chocolate notes characteristic of Dalmore.
