Fuji Whiskey was born out of a joint venture in 1972 between Kirin Brewery, Chivas brothers and Seagram and Sons - The distillery uses snowmelt water from the nearby Mount Fuji in their whisky. The rich fruitiness and subtle spiciness are the character of Fuji Single Grain, a symphony of three different styles of grain whiskies: Light grain Scotch whisky style; Medium grain Canadian whisky style; Heavy grain Bourbon whiskey style. The nose opens with fruity aromas of raspberry and orange marmalade, layered with the sweetness of pound cake, leading to a mellow palate of white grape, orange peel, and raspberry, and finishing slightly sweet with notes of oak and gentle spice.

This Glen Moray celebrates their passion for exploring the array of flavours different casks can bring to their whisky. First matured in American oak casks for classic Speyside notes, it is then carefully finished over several months in port casks from Porto Cruz, renowned as the world's No. 1 port. Over time, these sweet Portuguese wine casks enrich their single malt with rich fruits and mellow wine notes and give the whisky a distinctive rosy tint. Light, fruity and balanced, their Port Cask Finish is enjoyed by single malt lovers and whisky newcomers alike.
